Before adjourning Rajya Sabha sine die on Wednesday after it clocked a productivity of just 48% due to frequent disruptions over suspension of 12 members, Chairman Venkaiah Naidu urged all RS MPs to collectively and individually reflect and introspect if the winter session “could have been different and better”.
