India skipper Rohit Sharma who injured his left thumb while fielding in the second one-dayer against Bangladesh has been ruled of of the first Test. The Board of Control for Cricket in India in a release announced that KL Rahul will be leading Team India in Rohit's absence. Pacer Mohd Shami & all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja have also been ruled out of the two-Test series against Bangladesh as they were unable to fully recover from their respective shoulder and knee injuries.
