After hectic parleys of four days, All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary in-charge of organisation KC Venugopal on Thursday announced that Siddaramaiah would be the chief minister (CM) of Karnataka while Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president DK Shivakumar would be the “only” deputy CM.
