Hyderabad traffic police have filed chargesheets against 4,321 persons - 2,818 for driving under the influence of alcohol and 885 for driving without a licence and other violations - after conducting an enforcement drive in June. They have filed chargesheets against people caught for various violations last month which include improper number plate, drunk driving, minor driving, driving without a licence etc.
