Modi government clueless in handling Manipur situation: Mallikarjun Kharge

A 21-member delegation of opposition parties toured the violence-torn northeastern state of Manipur for two days from July 29. They met the affected people and also visited the relief camps. On July 30, they met Manipur governor Anusuiya Uike and resented a memorandum requesting her for the need to take measures to ameliorate the sufferings of the people. Commenting on the situation after the visit of the delegation, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, in a tweet posted on Monday, said the Narendra Modi government is clueless in handling the situation in the state.
