Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Tuesday said that the decision on suspension of TMC member Derek O’ Brien from the upper house is still pending with him as he couldn't take the sense of the House.Earlier, it was reported that the TMC leader had been suspended from Rajya Sabha for the remainder of the monsoon session “for unruly behaviour” during the debate on the Delhi services bill on Monday.
